Plaintiffs and defendants may call anyone they think will bother with the case to testify in any way they deem persuasive.
If all parties involved in the case can't agree on an appropriate judge, then the mod will appoint one. All plaintiffs and defendants will be assigned *one* judge per case; the judge can appoint / request any counsel s/he deems appropriate. The judge may set a time limit for discussion at her or his discretion.
By agreeing to have your case tried in the Tribe Court, you agree to abide by its rules, and to suffer the whims of its moderator and judges. No redress is possible, no appeals can be made without the approval of an agreed-upon or appointed judge. The moderator cannot (and won't try to) overturn or influence a judge's decision.
